RainBuilt respects your privacy. This policy explains how RF Bench for macOS handles information. It applies to the RF Bench app and this website.

Summary

RF Bench does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or use personal data for advertising or tracking. It has no accounts, cloud service, analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party data processors.

Information handled by RF Bench

RF Bench communicates directly with a connected tinySA or NanoVNA over your Mac’s serial connection. The app may read the connected device’s local name and path so you can select it. Measurement results, presets, settings, and profiles are stored locally on your Mac. When you choose to import or export a measurement, RF Bench accesses only the file you select and writes only to the location you choose.

RF Bench does not send this information to RainBuilt or to any third party. We do not collect identifiers, contact information, location, usage data, diagnostics, purchase data, or the contents of your measurements.

Local retention and deletion

Local settings, presets, profiles, and measurement data remain on your device until you delete them. You can delete saved presets and profiles in RF Bench, remove exported files using Finder, or remove the app and its local data through macOS. RainBuilt cannot access or delete data stored only on your device.

Consent and choices

RF Bench does not require you to provide personal information or consent to data collection to use its core features. You control whether to connect an instrument, import a file, export a file, or save local settings.

Website

This website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or tracking pixels. If you contact us by email, your email provider and ours will process the information in your message so we can respond to you.

Children’s privacy

RF Bench is not directed to children, and RainBuilt does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when RF Bench or our privacy practices change. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will request it before using information in that new way.
